Microphone repair

What we actually do
A phone has several microphones — one for calls, one for video, one for noise cancelling. If callers cannot hear you but a voice note records fine, that is diagnostic, and it narrows the job considerably.
Like speakers, microphone ports block up. A clean is often the whole repair.
Record a voice note and play it back before you come. Whether that works tells us which microphone is at fault, and it is a test you can do in ten seconds.
